Yoga - This is an exploration in Yoga, bringing into your
childs' world Better Breath Work with the aid of tools they can
relate too like beanie bears and balloons. Stress management and
enhancing good Chi. Parents are welcome to join in making it a family
session b) Kids Safari Yoga - A drama movement component designed to enhance yoga awareness through play. There will be BreathWork music and movement . c)Creative Visioning -This is an exploration in inner wisdom through the use of creativity.Children play with tools like Mind mapping/NLP/ Speach ,music (BreathingSpace kids Stompin and Bangin) and drama d)Kids Chi - This is based on the belief that kids can be taught at an early age to harness Good CHI. Most kids burn their chi through restless energy and wasted activity. d)Kids Gyrotonic - A workout to assist clarity, reasoning, movement, balance and focus with a facilitator. We recommend an initial one-on-one assessment. |
