Ages: 3-5,6-11yrs Concurrent sessions.

2 hours of Expression and Imagination, incorporating yoga and temper tension release, nutrition ,Music, Movement ,drama, BreathWork and singing !!!
All in the open space , enroll in fun walks discovering trees and creepy crawlies and of course, there will be a healthy picnic fit for hungry bears.

This will be a unique use of the holistic healing arts In collaboration with Ms Has ,Creator of Tuning Minds childrens curriculum

Parents can join in and we will give you notes on recipes for the picnic , as well as introduce you and your child to positive values that work as life balance coaching tools .
